Why are Starbucks employees always all Argentinian and other chains all Venezuelans?

I could make some reasonable guesses as to why one location employs a large number of Venezuelans - but it would be better if you just struck up conversations and got to know the employees. You might be surprised by what you discover.

A Venezuelan supervisor hires All Venezuelans . Argentinians don't work well under a Venezuelan supervisor..?

Small businesses are much more likely to exploit desperate people who are willing to accept violations of labour laws, of which immigrants are more likely to be. This is not because chains are more moral but rather because they are far more likely to be audited/inspected on a systemic level and have a wider scale reputation to uphold.

The vast majority of labor law violations come from small businesses.

Mc Donald’s is not a small busisness.
When you hire foreigners you allow immigration to inspect you. Fines beging at 8.000 usd per person. Illegal immigrants like Starbucks. Seems like immigration raids are bad for busisness.
