So can Scots living in BA vote at the UK Embassy here ???
Voting is scheduled for this Thursday.

I'm gutted, knew it wasn't likely.

Overall the under 55's appear to have voted yes, whilst the older people voted no.

Mark Blythe right as usual.

Scotland has handed back its sovereignty to Westminster.

what a shame, this bleeding heart Nationalism could have started a new wave of ethnic preoccupation which is just what Europe needs at this moment in history.
Along the same lines maybe resource-rich population poor Patagonia could demand a referendum and become a "prosperous nation" without the control of Buenos Aires. I hear Viedma is a possible site for a national capital, much like Santiago del Estero.
But Viedma is so close to NOT Bahia Blanca, that it might upset members of this forum.

The English end up paying for a list of freebies to the other three nations of the United Kingdom. As far as Scotland is concerned it has a huge level of autonomy exercised through its parliament. The English are beginning to say enough is enough: let them go if they want to.
