Yes exactly! They seem perfect for navigating a neighborhood on a Sunday when streets aren't as packed.

I want to bring one but feel like I'm going to pay a lot of import taxes at EZE.

How long do you think such a scooter would remain in your possession? Depending on where you start out, my guess is that you definitely would have it stolen in less than an hour, and probably more like 20 minutes.
