WTH art expert or enthusiast

I am looking for someone who knows everything about art, what I need is a article written of at least 500 words about the art scene in Buenos Aires. It doesn't really matter if you are a writer or not as long as you follow the art scene of the city. To start with I will only need one article written. For the right person, this could turn in to more writing jobs.

I will provide a template and instructions to whoever takes the job.

It could be fun and I likely would qualify but being not native in English, I'm not sure that would work, furthermore I already work a lot although such a project is interesting to me.

Anyway here it goes :
- Studied 3 years Art History in La Sorbonne
- Worked for two years in the major place where art is auctionned in Paris (16 auctions a day = 500 items in each)
- Good to excellent knowledge of the Argentinean Art History
- Personal art & archeology library of +- 800 books
- I know quite well a few gallery owners in BA & auctionneers as well
- Excellent friend with the directora of one of Rosario's museum + a painting teacher in BA who knows many artists (Guillermo Roux and so on)
- Nice collection of Argentinean art
- I work too at times in BA as an expert about French art (or at least dealers & auction houses ask for my advice)
- I'm likely one of the top ten specialists in French ceramics & porcelains in BA (a field I love)

But again, English will play against me here.
