About Me
I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga which works with the flow of the breath through a series of interweaving postures. I have been practicing for 10 years and teaching for 5. My studies began under the tutelage of Valerie Jeremijenko who trained in India with Patahbi Jois. My certifications include a BFA in dance and a certification from the National Association of Sports Medicine.
