South American Explorers Buenos Aires Clubhouse hosts:
Vinyasa Yoga
Every Tuesday, 6:30 pm
For those of you who´ve been longing for those yoga classes, the ones that used to keep you in shape before you came here and started eating tons of bife de lomo, pasta, dulce de leche, or whatever your porteño vice happens to be. Paul Haffey, a certified and experienced Ashtanga instructor will whip us all into shape. All levels welcome.
A donation of 10 pesos for SAE members, and 15 pesos for non-members is suggested to help us recover the cost of buying new yoga mats.
Class takes place at SAE BA clubhouse, Salguero 553 (near Av. Corrientes). Take Subte line B to Medrano stop, walk one block toward centro, take a right on Salguero, house is on the left -hand side of street halfway down the block.
