If you give the person, $31.50, at a casa de cambio at the Madrid airport you will get 1 Euro. What a deal !.
 
That is stupid, why not to change directly before departing in argentina for 25?
 
Perhaps someone leaves Argentina and forgets to exchange their pesos? I bet it happens to several dizzy people, everyday.
The only other place,outside of southern South America that i saw Argentina pesos listed was in Sofia, Bulgaria/

Nobody wants it or to keep it outside Argentina.
