there are good nurseries in belgrano...I can think of two good nurseries right now: Belgrano day school and Saint Brendan's ...both in the belgrano area

yes you do have to pay something at the airport...don't remember how much it wass and if actually had to do with the size of the dog.
make sure you show the stamp where it says official veterinary to the lady/sir at customs as sometimes they don't speak much English and they get confused!
i'm argentinian ..and i have to admit that i see my country as a 3rd world one just because our way of thinking hasn't developed much yet...we still reject new ideas, ideologies and even research!! we've got a tendency to deny facts and new evidence...

sorry I would really like to help..but unfortunately the only ones I know are argentinians and despite haveing their qualifications they don't speak english. But have you tried contacting the British Embassy or the Hospital Britanico?

a good flat in a nice area- palermo, recoleta, belgrano or zona norte if your office won't in downtown-, private health insurance, a car as public transport is not like in the Uk...
I 've found that thread really interesting! I am an argentinian who for the last 10 years felt that couldn't fit in , in my own home town...things are far easier somewhere else..being my only experience the Uk...
