    Migraciones Address

Alternatively, you can walk from the Tower Plaza area in Retiro. Its literally one street behind Manuel Tienda Leon. You can take the bike path to cut through behind the gas station. Don´t go to the actual 1355 address as they will just direct you back down the street to 1325, Building 4...

Info On Paying Overstay Fee At Imigraciones

As we all know, you can´t pay the overstay fine if you leave by boat or bus and, of course, the website meant to handle this duty does not work. It probably will never work. Anyway, I just wanted to relate my experience. Last time I left I paid at EZE no prob. Step 1, go to imigraciones...

    Tourist Visa Overstay Process

So I have done this flying out of Ezeiza and it was easy....but now I am leaving by boat to Uruguay and of course I can´t seem to do this through the government website. Anybody know exactly where to go to get the B.U.R or whatever the form is called, to take to the bank and pay?

    Good Views From Up High?

So, I´m planning to do some proposing (of the marriage variety) and I really want to do it from somewhere with a high up view of the city. Anybody got tips on how and where I can do this? One of the big hotels, maybe?

    Beers In Ba

Isenbeck has an Oktoberfest brew out right now. Its a marzen style beer and is actually quite nice. I´ve found it in my local Chino. Probably won´t be around for long though.

Spicy Ramen & Pork Buns At New Fukuro Noodle Bar!

I too endorse them! The food is spot on and the price is good. DOUBLE BONUS is the the draft beer from the Broeders bros. When we went on Saturday they had a honey ale that was impeccable. Served in a real imperial pint size glass. For 35 pesos. I had three.

Mvd-Mia Vs Eze-Mia, Any Exp. Flying In-From Montevideo?

I was thinking of doing this as well. I think if you buy a one way with Colonia express to Montevideo using blue rate pesos, you could come out ahead. You just have to factor in the day or more travel time from here to MVD. As to electronics, leaving shouldn´t be an issue from either airport.

    Fed Ex

Hi folks, I need to send some papers to the states (I'm doing the K1 visa petition). I am considering Fed Ex, after gauging the general feeling on the forum and of my associates. My question is, has anyone used them recently and have an idea of how long the papers will take to arrive, and...

    Teaching English As A Stopgap

I taught (having been certified and with prior experience as a volunteer teacher in Chile) here in BsAs as my primary means of income for almost a year. The aforementioned institute/teach in companies route. It started out okay as I was able to get loads of hours, but as time went on inflation...

Usa Passport Obtaining Brazilian Tourist Visa Recently

The way I understand it is that yes, you can go and come as many times as you want per year...with the cap being 180 days. Then you have to spend the equivalent amount of time out of the country before returning.

Usa Passport Obtaining Brazilian Tourist Visa Recently

I got mine here in BsAs last November with no problems. I think it is for five years, maybe ten. To be honest, it does not say anywhere on the actual visa how long it is good for. It just says that I can only remain in country for maximum of 180 days per year. A good friend of mine got his...
