If they just want to ride and don’t need a trail, there are schools to ride at here in the center of the city - Escuela Hipocampo, Club Aleman, etc. They might also be interested in watching a race at the Hipodromo.

As others have said, depends on the airline. American Airlines couldn’t care less. Avianca and other latam-based airlines make a fuss about it even if your husband has citizenship. Migraciones doesn’t care.

The only way to do without fees is with a friend. I do this for my Argentinian friends when I need cash here, as it works for both of us.
