There may be an issue with Telecentro's DNS server. I suggest switching your computer to Google's public DNS servers to see if that improves the problem (be sure to make a note of the current settings so you can switch back if need be). https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

Speaking as the tenant, I'm happy to say that the situation continues to be MUCH improved. Thanks to everyone who provided suggestions, and a MILLION thanks to allcraz and her husband, who went way out of their way to try to make a solution happen. I can't imagine renting from anyone nicer :)
