    Edificio Kavanagh

Thanks Napoleon and SaraSara. Such a shame you can't 'browse' through. Napoleon, maybe I should pretend I am looking to rent there...?

    Edificio Kavanagh

The Kavanagh building here in Buenos Aires is one of my favourite buildings. I was wondering if anyone has been on or knows if there are any tours available throughout the building?

    San Telmo restaurants and cafes

I recently ate at La Brigada and the food was fantastic; the steak, sausages, salad and fries were all good! I will probably now get stick bc it is a bit touristy but if the food is good - I'm a fan! I haven't been but apparently Cafe San Juan is meant to be good too. Hope this helps.

A friend of mine from Chicago who recently left told me about a lovely synagogue called Lamroth Hakol - www.lamroth.org. She is not very religo, so I am sure it is a reform Shule - you could try there? Also, could I suggest that maybe a few of us BA Jews meet up for either Rosh Hash or Yom...

Another 2 thumbs up for Ryan. I literally went to him 2 days ago for streaks - I have ridiculously thick, golden blonde streaks and my hair was a mess when I went in [he also told me this - and yes he will tell what he thinks!] thanks to moving many countries and hence having many different...

Best bus company? BA to Salta

Hi all, I have been looking at previous posts on here and I can't find a clear winner as to which is the best bus company to ride with from BA to Salta? I'll definitely pay to go the Cama Suite / maxi seat but this only seems to be available on Flecha and people have said on BA expats that these...

    Mail Question

Fyi - an update on this. Today I went down to my local Correo and asked them what to do and the lady gave me a phone number to call and ask about what to do with my situation. Called the number and told them my parcel number from Oz - amazingly enough they located the package which was at the...

Know any creative ways to practise Spanish?

Yes – I am one of those people! I have been learning for 7 weeks now 3 times a week but outside these classes I haven't been using my Spanish nearly as much as I thought I would be! *Blush* it might have something to do with hanging out with expats a little too much. I did like Spanglish but...
