That would explain why all imports are a ridiculous price. Seriously, try and buy a book that is not made in Argentina, you are paying double what you would normally pay.

May have to try and order it online, or switch to Xanax or a different anti anxiety medication.

Best options is to sell those pesos on the black market while you are in Argentina. Once you get outside the country the exchange rates are ridiculous.
