Does anyone know what the standard brokerage rate is for liquidating maturing government bonds? Also, are there any restrictions on remitting the proceeds from liquidated bonds abroad? Thanks.

When I get the message that the transaction cannot be processed (providing it is not that the ATM is empty of money) then I try a smaller amout and that usually works. Of course it is a nusiance as the fees are the same for the lesser sum but for all that I can still get cash.
