Does anyone know what the standard brokerage rate is for liquidating maturing government bonds? Also, are there any restrictions on remitting the proceeds from liquidated bonds abroad? Thanks.

1.5% to buy or sell. Restrictions are the usual for foreign currency, unless you transfer the assets abroad and sell abroad.
