A question, can anyone reccomend a decent bank to deal with in Uruguay ? I can say from experience that BROU is a horrible option.

Am I deluding myself for thinking that I might ever be able to pick up dollars at western union ? I've hit the offices(all of them) in micro centro, with no success. Should I try a different barrio, or just give up and go pick the money out in Montevideo? Any thoughts or comments on this ?
