thanks for your reply Macanudo....that was the email i received from embassy...and i mailed the form back certified by correo argentina...but correo argentina reported that they were unable to deliver it to embassy thankyou for the phone number for difficulties if that doesnt work i will...

thanks Steve for the info, but the problem is i never got the form in the mail this year...dont have the original i think i will try to send a signed form via dhl to embassy and hope they can deliver it ? what a messed up system and getting worse ...i really feel for US retirees that...

it is strange that embassy directed me to mail the form to them if correo does not deliver to embassy??
