Hi everyone. I moved to Buenos Aires about 5 months ago. My Spanish has improved immensely since moving here for my wife's job but its not perfect. I would like to know if anyone knows of a guitar teacher that speaks English? Thanks.
Chris
Whoa. I was searching the forum for legal cable providers with English channels. I saw your post and am a River fan so I thought I would give it a try. This is what landed on. I guess they're out of business.
Hola!
Soy de los Estados Unidos.
Now I've been here for about five months and although my Spanish is far better than when I came I am far from fluent. I'm looking for someone that can help me navigate a couple of places and phone calls.
I have Swiss Medical insurance here but am not able to...
I just got the moovit app. It’s been great. May take a little time to get the hang of the interface, but I really like it for public transportation. I got the paid version to eliminate the ads which were kind of invasive. But as far as charting the course from A to B it’s great. It also shows...
Thanks for the information. So would a CUIT, CUIL or CDI help in anyway? I’m not sure if I a, supposed to apply for any cards to ensure I’m paying taxes on the goods I buy, etc. Just want to pay my fair share as well as have access to Libre and Pago. :)
We were trying to get discount cards for those places. Similar to the attached. But they needed a dni as well. Although, it appears that we the advertised discount even without the cards; Carrefour for example.
Has anyone tried their visa number?
Just to add a little more info, I have visited this website (https://www.argentina.gob.ar/servicio/obtener-la-clave-de-identificacion-cdi) and, although I don't know what this is I've filled out the form and can deliver it in duplicate to an AFIP office.
Hi all.
I've been in BA for 5 weeks and am starting to understand how things work. I am wondering if someone knows how to get a Mercado Libre or Mercado Pago account with no DNI card. My wife just got her DNI card. She's here on a work visa for a year and I am here on a tourist visa for the...
Hey guys, here's a random interjection. I've only been here a month and before leaving North Carolina, US I went to McDonalds since we were busy packing and moving stuff to the storage unit. I was floored! $15. A meal was 15 bucks! I don't think it's been all that long since I went previously...
Dang it, I missed it. Neil invited me, but it slipped my mind. I have it in my calendar now and will be there next week. I'd love to meet some people here. My wife is in her office and meeting folks. Me, I'm not. Looking forward to this. Thanks.

Thanks everyone. I really appreciate it. @jantango you're right. It is very unnecessary, but I appreciate a couple of shows on there. I like motogp and F1, but will probably not make it to a circuit anytime soon. So watching that and a few other things would be nice. Again, thank you all.
