Hi guys, When I was in Salta for some years I was not able to get a phone plan (from Personal or MovieStar, etc.) because my DNI was renewable every year (it had to be good for more than 1 year). I didn't use my phone too much so I used carga virtual and wifi and that worked pretty well. Now...
