Why would anyone come to this country in this century?

I would advise to have a clear plan of what type of work you'd like to do in Europe and be sure that there could be opportunities for you. I know a few Argentinians that have developed a successful career in Europe but for every one of those cases there is a case of someone getting on a plane...

Why would anyone come to this country in this century?

With a reasonable income in dollars, euros, yen you can live better here than in most parts of Europe. This obviously is something that is admittedly easier for a foreigner arriving here from abroad.

Future move to Argentina. Need advice on a few things

Another note to add is that the vast majority of posters on this site are what would be considered "macristas", supporters of the opposition, so any comment about the current government and political situation should be taken with a very large pinch (or truck load) of salt.

What do American expats miss the most about living in America?

Acceptable levels of noise especially when it comes to music. Every country of course has a sizable minority of people who believe they can blast music as loud as they want to at all times of day but Argentina would have to take gold if this was an Olympic event. The rules seem to be that...

Argentine women are the only thing I really don't like in Argentina.

I'd argue it's a Porteño issue rather than an Argentinian one, ask anyone that lives in the provinces what their opinions are of the city's population (male or female) and it won't be a positive one...
