UK Criminal Record Check for residency/citizenship - How old can it be?

Well my sister in Scotland who is 29 has had 6 weeks to send my criminal record check for an apostille and just never got around to it...

Anyway, how old can an apostilled and translated criminal record check be and still be accepted by migraciones for residency?

Trying to work out if I can still use the one my sister has or if I need to be billing her 50 pound for a new one..

6 months maximum on the day of submission. So if it's older you should order a new one ASAP - time in the mail counts towards the time limit.

Ah that's good to know, my sister might get around to getting my document sent within a two year time frame at least..
