I think they require police records covering the past five years. If you've been in a single location for the past five years, you could probably get records from the State. Because I lived in 3 US cities in the last five years, I got my FBI records instead. Let me know if you need help...

Do you have a home outside of Argentina? If so, you can buy a Slingbox, but that would require someone to install it at your home. If you have good internet download here (and upload back at home), it's a good option.
