    A couple of years ago I had the same problem. I don't remember if I needed new photos but it is a good idea to have them. Otherwise I can tell you...if you have to go through this process, the American embassy here in B.A. is where you want to be. Not a bad experience at all.

    Perhaps you should call be naive.....I have always seen my adopted county, Argentina, with all its faults....as a place where people are encouraged to be themselves...whatever their persuasion. I hope the move by the president does not diminish this quality. (if I understand it)

    When traveling, or living in a city that has one, best to look for a "JCI" hospital. There are three in Buenos Aires...including Hospital Aleman. For a traveler, it is a no brainer.
