Milanesa is a classic Italian breaded chicken or veal, just like winershnitzel etc, has nothing to do with fried chicken as we are discussing. I wonder if a good fried chicken place would work.

They have Tuna at Dashi and it is quite good, also at the japanese gardens at the sushi restaurant. Osaka also has good sushi.
