Medicus walk-in clinic, or the like?

Thanks. This was my main question: Are the hospitals (I'm near Plaza Italia) designed for walk-in services (ie. people who need antibiotics, or the like). I don't want to abuse emergency services, if they're meant to be for emergencies...

Medicus walk-in clinic, or the like?

Does anyone know if Medicus has the equivalent of a walk-in clinic? I have basic Medicus insurance here, but never got a primary-care physician. I'm now sick and would like to see a doctor. What's the recommended way to do that? Go to one of the Medicus hospitals, make an appointment with a...

Help need a blender that is able to crush ice!

We're leaving and selling our blender for anyone on this thread who's still looking. It's a Phillips 600W with an ice-crushing setting. We bought it in Chile after seeing what was available here. https://plus.google.com/photos/118380806667583201866/albums/5770986308672572769?authkey=CM_dvb2ns_H4JQ

Moving sale: blender, kitchen goods, weights, etc

Sorry. Only the brand name is on the ball. No size. My boyfriend (who purchased it) thinks the store considered it a "medium." Like I said, about 18-19 inches in diamater.

Lodging in Los Molles (near Las Lenas)

Malargue is an hour from Las Lenas, no? I've looked into it, but commuting an hour each way to the mountain doesn't sound that enjoyable.

Lodging in Los Molles (near Las Lenas)

Does anyone have experience staying in Los Molles to ski at Las Lenas. Would like to get some skiing in, but cannot afford the cost of staying on the mountain of Las Lenas. Any recommendations on where to stay?

    Bus fare increase?

It was less the increase in the fare, and more my surprise that it had gone up. Did they announce this (past talk of it a few months ago) or is it just totally haphazard?

    Bus fare increase?

The bus ride today from Abasto to Plaza Italia cost $1.50 (with a sube card). When did they officially raise the prices?

visiting again in October, 10 days: good idea? or go to Uruguay?

With 10 days, I would think about spending a few days elsewhere. Not because of crime, prices, etc (something to worry about when living here, not for a 10-day visit) but because I'm not sure you need so much time in BA. 5-7 days sure, but there are a ton of other wonderful places in Argentina...

    Internal Flights

I've done that previously, but in this case I came in through a Google ad, and wasn't asked my residency at any point. Where can I find information on resident fares? Flights to Santiago are really subsidized? I understand why the government would want to make it more feasible to travel within...

    Internal Flights

Any idea where it would say that on the LAN site? I've gone as far as I possibly can without putting in a credit card number, and no where does it tell me that these are resident fares.

    Internal Flights

Question about resident fares. I'm looking into booking a flight to Chile via LAN. When you go in through the Argentina page, the fares are lower than on the US page. But I've read all the terms and conditions I can find on the Argentina page, and nothing mentions any requirement that you're...
