thanks Steve for the info, but the problem is i never got the form in the mail this year...dont have the original i think i will try to send a signed form via dhl to embassy and hope they can deliver it ? what a messed up system and getting worse ...i really feel for US retirees that...

it is strange that embassy directed me to mail the form to them if correo does not deliver to embassy??

thanks all for your imput...and it seems like my only option is to come to embassy in person? i am 78 and not in great health...how about me using dhl to send form to usa ssi office? cheaper than a plane ticket to BA

my rental contract is coming up . i have a good relationship with the owner and i want to be fair. 120 percent increase would be amount if tied to inflation rate...but maybe thats not the normal and expected increase currently?
