Yeap, everybody get hit by the 20% for the moment....the day you pay in cash or by credit card to an airline or travel agent. Only way not to pay it, buying in USD online...but than, you lose the benefeit of the blue rate. For info, the 20% is on the fare and the fees....not on the...

    Flying Back Home

Most if not all...some will just ask you to walk in either a bank/banelco/pagofacile to deposit the money. Copa will only issue tickets originating around here...and AA seems to have implement the same...we'll see for other airlines...

    Wine Drinkers Unite

Hi Walter.... I'm fine with the Trapiche Varietals at 25 pesos per bottle.... But I'm even more happy with the DV Catena Cabernet-Malbec that I found at 78 per bottle....or the Altimus 2008 at 150 pesos....that's a good deal! The great news about Argentinian wine...you often end up paying the...

Small point....we arrived in BA end of July last year....for months...these forums were full of scary stories....and for the last few months...close to none have been reported in here. Went to the usual airline desk this morning where I issue many tickets...after reading the start of the thread. As a non-resident...paying in cash, there seems to have no change...for the moment. It's the payment in credit card which has some issues. I'm not going to waste too much time...
