i always take out 3k at a time. never had a worry.

Citibank used to have a limit of 3k, but they took off that limit a few months ago. Although last month they started charging me ATM fees for the first time. Jerks.

given where you'd work i'd pick Recoleta, but without that factor, i'd choose Canitas. alot depends on what you want to do/where you want to go. for example, if you want to hit on expat undergrads, pick Recoleta so you're closer to CasaBar and Alamo.

doesn't it have to tip for you to get the deal though? i guess i've just figured most deals wouldn't tip. although maybe in capital they could fairly easily, but that doesn't help me much since i'm in provincia now.
