    I have 2 big dogs and I really apreciate neighbourhoods with wide sidewalks and parks. I would choose Palermo, Belgrano, Las cañitas, Villa Crespo near Parque centenario, colegiales...Even better the suburbs. Friendly neighbourhood doesn´t mean your neighbours are friendly... :) But I guess...
