Hey chicas!!
I have a room available in my deparment in Barrio Norte. I'm an Argentinian fashion design Student.
The Room: ONLY FOR ONE GIRL, French Style !!! Individual with Sommier, Tv LED with cable and DVD ,air conditioning, Mini Freezer, Heating ,WI-FI, towels, Hair dryer.
The deparment have Microwave,Coffe machine Express, washing machine, toaster, LCD 32", etc..
Location: Barrio Norte neighbourhood, 3 blocks Subway line "D", Callao station. Very close to:
Supermarkets: Disco, Coto, Carrefour.
Coffee Stores: Starbucks, Havanna and CafÃÆ'© Martinez
Universities: USAL (Universidad del Salvador), UADE, UCA, UCES, UP (universidad de Palermo) and UBA, IAG (Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia), Soon Gato Dumas (Colegio de Gastronomía)
Hairdressing salons, a lots of Bus Stops,Mcdonald's and Burger King 2 blocks and of course Banks like Itau, Citibank, HSBC, etc... Colon Theater, Santa Fe and Callao Avenue
The rent is 600 dollars all included (Maid Service once a week), No deposit !!
