Hi all 
Unfortunately, I have to return to the US and give up my room in this great apartment in Palermo Soho (Armenia y Charcas). I live with two great roommates, a boy and girl, who are super respectful, clean and quiet. The boy who lives here is also the owner and takes care of all the bills, and if anything breaks it's fixed right away. Rent is 450 USD a month, including utilities. The available room is the master, and has a big bed, lots of closet space, cable TV and a desk. The apartment has a great kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, washing machine, fast wifi, local phone and balcony. Building has elevators and rooftop.
I really love the location because I'm two blocks from Scalabrini and all the colectivos, 4 blocks from the subte, and half a block from a huge Disco.
I've moved around a lot while living in BA and this has by far been the best. Sad to leave it!
