Here is some more info with a few photos!
It’s on Gurruchaga at the 1300 block, which is between Cabrera and Niceto Vega. It’s part of a 100 (or thereabouts) year old bulding, you can see the ‘pasillo’ in one of the photos. It’s got a central patio (coverded by a retractable clear ceiling, which lets in tons of light) with three separate rooms off of the patio, as well as the kitchen and a loft (where the bookshelves are). The main bathroom is between the two back bedrooms (Brady Bunch style), the half-bath is off the patio.
In total it’s about 85 square meters.
Three ‘split’ ac/heaters are included.
