10,000 new homes for the poor in....

Your own link does not mention anything close to getting broke.
Did you read the BBC report? Or the Economist report? They are both there in my post. If old little Argentina has been asked to cough up for the building of 10,000 or more houses in Venezuela then something is not right yes? Venezuela is not broke YET.

Investments are needed and China is providing those in exchange for oil.
So you say these are NOT loans,..ok...so what are these links saying?

In return, China also protects Venezuela from any direct military action.
Sorry ...what? China protecting Venezuela against the USA? I guess you must mean the US cause that's who China will have to deal with if they send any forces near Venezuela.
China can barely protect it's own back yard let alone any sustained long range military force against an overwhelming USA fighting in it's own sphere of military influence.
Sorry, no offense but it's laughable to even contemplate it.

Chavez is indeed a populist, a provocative, etc. but extreme poverty went from something like 80% to 30%
Who is supplying the 'figures'? Venezuela's 'INDEC'? :)
Look, one thing is to take back control of the country's oil from the greedy multinationals...another matter is to skillfully manage those resources. With his hands on the Golden Goose he still has no gold to show for it. Venezuela , at this stage of the game, should not be groveling for Chinese loans.

Death to the corrupt, communist North American superpower and death to its controlling puppet master, Israel!

Did you, by any chance, come to Argentina in anticipation of the implementation of the New World Order?

Depends on what you deem to be gold. He halved the poverty rate (from 60% to under 30%), reduced extreme poverty even further, and substantially increased spending on education and healthcare.

Could he have managed things better? Sure. But thats not to say he hasn't achieved some fairly extraordinary and positive things during his time in office.
