11/30 Argentine Cooking Class

Dec 13, 2005
Finally something to do with corn husks…. Learn how to make Tamales & practice your Castellano!
The Clubhouse’s part-time cooking connoisseur, Pablo, has agreed to return to teach extranjeros y porteños alike how to whip up some delicious, easy, and traditional Argentine food. We promise not to be teasing you this time around with talks of tamales, but there really will be a full on Spanish lesson, cooking class, and dinner all-in-one on Thursday November 30th at 7:00 pm. The clubhouse kitchen will be remarkably transformed into you classroom as you embark on a culinary journey that extends farther than you picking up the phone to order empanadas once again! If interested in expanding both your cooking and Spanish vocabulary, please RSVP to the clubhouse by 7:00pm on Tuesday November 28th at [email protected] or (54 11) 4861 – 7571. Get two lessons (cooking and Spanish) and a dinner for the low cost of 18 pesos/$6 USD for members and 21 pesos/$7 USD for non-members.
