130 dollar sting on entering the country

Could anyone tell me if this 'tax' has been implemented yet, it would be nice to know what to expect on arrival in Ezeiza next Wednesday morning.

I think the actually price is $134. It starts in January 2009. I heard it is good for 10 years, but I'm still waiting on proof.

No, it´s not yet implemented, I entered 2 days ago and did not pay anything.

It´s applicable to all countries which require Argentines to get a tourist visa to enter as tourists.

Rumours are for March 1, 2009. I saw a story on it on C5N the other day, but with no talk as to when it will actually be implemented.
