And you think anybody rents that?
A sucker is born every minute (P.T. Barnum). 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen in 55 sq.m. -- not easy.

The price may be a little high but not necessarily wild. You might be surprised at how much local rents - in pesos for Argentines - have gone up.

A Typical new york hotel room is less than 55 metres and priced at 200 dollars a night .
6000 dollars a month .
Even though the price is high for most for some its not and that is what market rate means.

Pericles,
usd $ 200 a manhattan bedroom hotel? or a youth hostal?
The holiday inn in Upper Georgetown/Glover Park was that and even more in low season, so you should be adding 30%+ (and only breakfast included with luck)

Only Argentines or people who have spend to much time in Argentina will seriously compare Buenos Aires to NY
