French actually ranks 9 in the world, which is not too bad.
Nearly 300 million people have French for native language + about 100 million people speaking it as a second language.
It's actually the only language, together with the English, spoken on every continent.
It's also the official UN language & the Olympics one together with English.
And the only official language of the global postal system (yeah, big deal, lol).
Hopefully, nowadays, the French speak 2/3/4 different languages (very different from the old cliche).
For the French/OP : Bonjour, essayez d'écrire votre message en anglais car "ya pamal de keums plutôt relous ici". Si vous voulez je peux vous passer pas mal d'infos par message privé. Au pire, pour rencontrer pas mal de français, vous pouvez venir (en pleine nuit) assister au match France-Nouvelle Zélande dans un bar qui s'appelle le Merval (dans le centre) à 5 heures du matin dimanche je crois. Je vais bientôt organiser une petite fête dans ma baraque (grand parc, piscine) et il y aura pas mal de français mais aussi des étrangers.
