9 de Julio, high viewpoint? - filming

I'm producing a promotional video of Buenos Aires, does anybody know of a building with a good view over 9 de Julio? Just need a couple of shots!

Already tried the Pan Americana hotel. Any help would greatly appreciated.

There is that building right on the 9 de Julio (the lane towards south even bends around it), I think it's the ministerio de salud. Might offer a good viewpoint but I don't have any good contacts there. Anyway, the best thing about filming from there would be that it is one of the ugliest buildings I ever saw, and filming from inside it ensures that it won't be visible on film :)
