A Good Wifi/internet Connection In Tigre? Anyone?

I am scheduled to go to Tigre tomorrow with some friends but now I have a work call (in the US) in the middle of the day. I was thinking possibly I could sneak away and take the call. BUT I would need access to steady internet to call in. I don't mind paying and I don't think the wifi in public spaces will be consistent enough.

Anyone know of any workspaces? A library? or a hotel that will let me buy a wifi day pass?

What type of call is it? If you want consistency your best bet is probably a calling card and a land line
