That's it in a nutshell .Heavy on the rhetoric and light on the reality
For example,free university education.O.K.great.It's free.But due to the policy of irrestricted entrance the universities can't handle the huge number of students who come from equally unsatisfactory secondary education.70% of the companies looking to hire technical personnel report that they are unable to find the necessary STEM (Science,Technology,Engineering and Mathematics ) candidates to fill the openings.."Los egresados no cuentan con experiencia en el ambito laboral y no desarrollan practicas suficientes en la escuela".
Why not? Over politization of the universities maybe?
