Hi all.

This is what a brief search turned up for attorneys that work in migration law. I'm looking for someone relatively affordable but also trustworthy.

Paula Carello @ Lux Brumalis
María Victoria Perez
Cecilia Sierra (at least one person on these forums has recommended)
Quinterno & Fidanza

Any experiences -- or recommend your own?

Also would be helpful to have a sense of fee range (hourly or per job).

TG: @AbogadoAndrei , Andrei Tchastnix. Citizenship process + Appeal of DNU 2000 USD in September 2025. I already got results from appeal court forcing local judge to review DNU instead of sending my case to Migraciones. I've seen people asking 35$ hourly or 5K for the whole process. Pretty big difference for the same result.

Hey, would you mind sharing the story with that DNU appeal you mentioned?
I thought we were all out of luck with the courts on that one (or is this only for edge-cases like filing before it went into effect).

Story in short. You give docs to your local judge. He says based on new DNU go to migraciones. You appeal that decision. Appeal court looks into it and if formulated correctly tells judge to stfu and look the case as you should, since migraciones can't do bluh bluh bluh. Now the appeal court for my case made local judge to review it instead of passing onto migraciones. That's it for now. You can't appeal without a lawyer btw

Dang, good to know.
I'll have to keep that in mind while I'm staring down the lovely bureaucratic barrel of matrimony.

Would love to hear how that goes for ya; could be a big help to the community.
This Andrei fella have a public email or anything, or is everyone using just telegram these days?
