Airline Ticket Price/Pesos?

Same goes for the Aerolineas Argentinas site :

if you go on their US site, the price is a lot higher then on their Argentine site. Calculating it into a dollar/peso rate, its at a rate of 4 pesos a dollar ...
But then you must pay with an argentine credit card or in cash to get the full profit.
 
Anyone buy ticket recently to US and if so what is best method - it seesm from this thread Julia Tours is place to go to pay in Pesos. Is this correct?
