Walking on Av. de Mayo near Café Tortoni on Monday I saw a sign for the #8 bus that goes to EZE now offers "servicio diferencial" which means "limited stops" for $25. I wonder how long it takes to get to EZE and if it's a good deal.

This bus is safer than even radio taxis.
It takes about one hour from downtown.
I've used it many times, no taxis at all, only this bus.
Usually is full of tourists or people going to EZE to pick someone up from the airport.

I once got into a cab and didn't check if it had the radio taxi thingy on the roof, I was supposed to pick up a friend and then go have dinner at Puerto Madero... so, when I got in, the driver (big, bald, muscly, tatooed guy) called someone on the phone and clearly said he was going to Puerto Madero. I got out when I got to my friend's hotel and got into a proper radio taxi.
