Sadly, I suffer from pretty nasty seasonal allergies back in the states. With Spring coming up here, I'm wondering if you can buy something like Zyrtec-D or Claritin-D(allergy medication with decongestant) at the farmacia freely, or at all? In the states, you can only buy one box per week because there's some ingredient in the decongestant that people use to make meth, and so I was only able to purchase so much to bring with me, and running out soon! I'm assuming they don't have the same restrictions here, but not sure if they sell it here at all.

If anyone knows if it's available here, do you know what I'm supposed to ask for at the farmacia?

Thanks!

I suppose you are talking about those containing ephedryne. Here you can get , e.g., Nastizol with pseudo ephedryne. In the other hand, Loratadine is also available without prescription.
Dexametasone is under prescription, but an emergency doctor (call 107 if in CABA) will shot you in case of anaphilactic shock.
