Sadly, this sort of idea is not new here in Argentina. In the Copa Libertadores, it has been said that clubs have chartered aeroplanes to "reward" their fans for their support - under threats fom the organisers of the hooligan groups withing the clubs - many of whom are politcally linked to various organisations - way beyond simply supporting your local team.....
