The article you reference in support of your arguments comes from a site called Global Research out of Canada. I do not find the content on this site to be very credible. The following article on the site also out of Canada makes my point.

Nothing, but it does show that this site has published numerous items that are not credible which should call into question anything that originates from there.

In the present climate never say never. The Chinese are the biggest buyers of American debt,and if they decide not to buy anymore of it the $$$$$ could be in for a very hard time.
I think we will see the peso hit 4 to 1 against the $$$$ but the $$$$ could well slump against the euro as the USA piles on more and more debt. We are not out of the woods yet and frankly anything can still happen
