really crazy. Combined with not getting coverage for birth control pills if you work at a religious institute, less places to abort, "just have the baby" is quite hard.
Not to mention this goes against "family values": going in debt to have a family.

A marvelous solution to all those high health care costs. Yep, just kill the unborn child. That'll fix the problem. Don't have the money to pay for it? Just pull that unborn baby halfway out, knock a hole in its head, and suck the brains out. Why couldn't I have thought of such a brilliant solution to the cost of rising pregnancies in the United States? Can't afford your baby? I'll take that bothersome little problem off yer hands fer ya!

I have friends who had a baby a few years ago, and although one of them had "full coverage" insurance and there were no problems at all, it still ended up costing them around 20K USD between all the appointments, hospital visit, etc.

Wouldn´t a "pro-life" outlook and a "pro-family" outlook make it free and easy to have a baby?
If you get pregnant by accident, what are you supposed to do?

What did you put this here for? I am not a conservative, or at least not a fan of the GOP. Or the Democratic party for that matter. I guess I could pick issues from each I support. You actually don't have to be either/or. How about neither?

The sequence goes like this:

1) "pro-life" (gotta save them babies) then
2) "pro-poverty" (those dead beat freeloaders don't deserve no food stamps) then
3) "pro death-penalty" (who cares what kind of environment they were raise in, they deserve to pay for their crimes.
