Meanwhile, with the colossal amount of data being extracted from the games - how much running, how much walking, how much contact with the ball etc, etc for each individual player - wouldn't it be a whole lot easier just to upload that data to a big machine somewhere and play the final as a simulation?

Not just conspiracies but that the Argentinean team is racist because it doesn't look more like the French team. Cabo Verde, Ghana or Japan etc don't have white players. Just enjoy the football lol.

Well, as a fan of futbol that does root for Argentina- if one is objective, you have to admit all the 'turbio' decisions and favorable calls Argentina is receiving. It ruins the game and spoils the wins for me. All bread and circus distractions while politics does its thing.
