Anti-Argentina conspiracy theories at World Cup

Meanwhile, with the colossal amount of data being extracted from the games - how much running, how much walking, how much contact with the ball etc, etc for each individual player - wouldn't it be a whole lot easier just to upload that data to a big machine somewhere and play the final as a simulation?

Not just conspiracies but that the Argentinean team is racist because it doesn't look more like the French team. Cabo Verde, Ghana or Japan etc don't have white players. Just enjoy the football lol.

Well, as a fan of futbol that does root for Argentina- if one is objective, you have to admit all the 'turbio' decisions and favorable calls Argentina is receiving. It ruins the game and spoils the wins for me. All bread and circus distractions while politics does its thing.

The most controversial was the null goal of Egipt but if you see the cameras it was perfectly nullified. Let the little crying girls, former Faraons, cry. The same we can say about the team that arrived as the 3 lions and left as the 3 scared kittens.

It got really nasty in the USA from what we experienced. Many other Latin American's spewing hate. Then so many Black, Liberal, and Anti-Israel influencers jumped on the bandwagon to further themselves or their cause. It was a widespread hate campaign.

I'm sure it will die down now but there will be some lasting damage from both sides.

No country is entirely free of racism, and Argentina is no exception. Still, one point in Argentina’s favor is that it has not experienced (at least not on the same scale or with the same visibility and institutional influence) some of the phenomena that other societies have suffered from or continue to face, such as:
* a powerful anti-immigration party comparable to Vox in Spain;
* established neo-Nazi networks such as those found in Germany and Austria;
* the long history of the Ku Klux Klan and today’s armed white-nationalist and anti-immigration groups in the United States; or the highly influential far-right groups that amplify the “Great Replacement” conspiracy theory, claiming that white populations are being replaced by nonwhite immigrants and often alleging that Jews are secretly orchestrating this replacement.
Nor has Argentina, as the current U.S. administration has, adopted a refugee policy that largely excludes people fleeing war and persecution while specifically prioritizing white Afrikaners from South Africa.
Racist people exist everywhere, but that is not the same as racism becoming organized, gaining political influence or being embedded in government policy.
