Anybody has experience using the “free” Ecobici in BA?

Anybody has experience using the “free” Ecobici in BA?,…I just realized that anybody can use them. No DNI required.
Apparently all you need is a credit / debit card and that’s it.

I use it all the time! But I use a friend's Argentine DNI since I'm here as a tourist and it's really expensive for us non-residents
It's a system that's amazing when it works and is super frustrating when it doesn't. But it's meant that I haven't needed to buy my own bike yet, so that's a plus

Works well if you have a DNI and the app.
Sometimes you get a bit of a worn out bike and on occasion the bike won’t park back into the station and then it claims you haven’t returned it and can’t take out another bike.

Used them quite a bit when I lived in Capital

The technology of both the app and the docking point can both be quite buggy from time to time, but it's a pretty good deal if you're willing to put up with that.
